Whether you are starting or continuing your yoga journey, 1-2-1 private sessions are a great way to personalise your yoga experience.

Classes are tailored to give individual focus and attention so that you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to build your practice.

We will practice all aspects of yoga including breath work and meditation, postures and relaxation so that you leave the session feeling rejuvenated, grounded and happy!

Sessions can take place in your own home/work place, or a preferred venue
