This woman's evening class combines breath and movement with a focus on inner compassion. It aims to offer space in your busy life to create a pause, an invitation to step out of the head and into the body.
You will be guided into breathing practises, there will be some focus on mindfulness and we will move, explore and functionally strengthen your physical body with yoga asana designed specifically for women, each session will finish with deep rest.
Evening classes are offered in a calm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
