I love to gather Mums and babies together to chat, share and support each other during this precious time.
Mum friends play a really important role in the motherhood journey and I am really proud of the amazing community we have co-created at YogiBirds. Some Mums have come through Pregnancy Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga or attended a Pregnancy Retreat, this event will be a space for any new Mum to join.
The New Mums Social will take place at the Cotteridge Quaker House, where there’ll be plenty of space to sit, chat, feed & change your baby in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. There’ll be plenty of tea, coffee, homemade cakes and goodies to enjoy! I will also be on hand to offer support and most importantly – there’ll be lots of lovely Mums to connect with.

If you’re travelling by car – there’s plenty of parking out front, and if you've never been before, the building sits behind the shops and in between a hairdresser's and a pound shop. Look our for the blue gates and drive.
