Saturday Breakfast Club is a morning slow down to pause, soften and be nourished. A very warm and welcoming Yogibirds space to re-charge the body battery.
We’ll begin with an early morning movement practice designed to gently invigorate, awaken the body and shift energy. This will be followed by a deeply restorative Soundbath, offering time to rest, soften and soothe the nervous system.
We’ll close by sharing a slow, nourishing breakfast together - seasonal porridge or yogurt pots with delicious toppings, alongside warming teas - enjoyed together, unhurried.
As ever, these mornings will follow and be inspired by the seasons, allowing each gathering to carry its own rhythm and flavour.

in a world that moves very fast.
There's nothing you need to bring with you, just arrive as you are. Everything else will be taken care of.
Some familiarity with yoga or similar movement may be helpful for the morning practice, though all practices will be offered with options and invitations to listen to your own body
